Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you give us is true, accurate and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Medical Information & Prescriptions

Content on this Site, including blog articles, product descriptions and the strength calculator, is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist.

• Tretinoin is a prescription-only medicine in Australia. Where a prescription is required, you must hold a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, and we may ask you to provide it before we dispatch your order.
• You are responsible for confirming with your healthcare professional that a product is suitable for you, and for reading the directions, warnings and contraindications supplied with it.
• Do not use tretinoin if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor has advised you to.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience a severe or persistent reaction.

We may cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably believe the product may not be appropriate or the required documentation has not been supplied.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible, but packaging may vary from the images shown.
• Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. Promotional and coupon codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot always redirect an order once it has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products generally cannot be returned. Full details of eligibility, timeframes and how to request a return are in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• resell products purchased from us;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts or our systems;
• introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation;

Reviews & User Content

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion and does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and use that content in connection with the Site. We may remove any content at our discretion.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as payment providers and review platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, including loss caused by using a product other than as directed. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price you paid for them.
