You don't need to have a prescription to use our service. Our doctors will talk to you to see if you are a good candidate for treatment and write a private prescription for patients who are.
Is the medicine being sold real?
Yes, all of our medicines come from our drugstore in Brisbane. All of the medicines come from registered suppliers & approved by the FDA. To ensure that a medicine is real, call the company that makes it and give them the batch number of the medicine you received.
How long does it take to arrive?
Orders are usually reviewed, packed, and sent out within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday. If you place an order after midnight on Friday or over the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday when the mail service starts again. There may be delays if our doctors need more information or if you take too long to verify your ID (first-time buyers).

If you live in a big city in Australia, your order will usually arrive in one to two working days. For rural or regional places, it could take up to five business days. Is there a tracking number I can use?
Once Australia Post picks up your package for delivery, you should receive an email with your tracking number immediately. This is usually around 6 p.m. AEST. Have you checked your junk mail? If not, you should have seen this there. After logging in, you can also go to "My Account" to see how to track your most recent sales.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, all orders must be signed for because of what's in them and the rules. If no one is home to accept your package, it will be sent to the post office and held there for five business days. You should get a card or be able to find the tracking number online. If it isn't picked up within this time window, it will be sent back, and there are fees for redelivery.

The costs of return and redelivery add up to $19.90 for redelivery.
Do you send to Post Office Boxes and mailboxes?
We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers right now, but you must ensure that the payment address you give us at checkout is your home address. Your PO box will contain cards. You can use this card to get your package at the post office. Your package will only be held at the post office for a certain amount of time. If you don't pick up your package on time, it might be sent back to the seller, and you'll have to pay to have it delivered again.

Why did you give me a refund?
Most of the time, returns are given because our doctors have not approved your order. If our doctor thinks a face-to-face appointment would be helpful, we will let you know and give you a full refund.
When will I get my money back?
The refund should appear on your card within one to five business days, but it can sometimes take up to 14 days.
