In Australia, tretinoin is a prescription-only medication. We require a valid prescription from an Australian-registered medical practitioner for all tretinoin products. You can upload your prescription during checkout or email it to prescriptions@tretinoinglow.com.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
