In Australia, tretinoin is a prescription-only medication. We require a valid prescription from an Australian-registered medical practitioner for all tretinoin products. You can upload your prescription during checkout or email it to prescriptions@tretinoinglow.com.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

For optimal results with minimal irritation:

  1. Start by applying a pea-sized amount every 2-3 nights
  2. Cleanse your face and wait 20-30 minutes before application
  3. Apply to dry skin, avoiding the eye area
  4. Follow with a moisturizer
  5. Always use SPF 30+ during the day
  6. Gradually increase to nightly use as your skin adjusts

Some peeling and redness during the first few weeks is normal as your skin adjusts.
