Criteria for Return

1. The item must be brand new, unused, unopened, and undamaged to be sold again.
2. For health or cleanliness reasons, it has to be returned sealed.
3. The items you bought must be in the same state when you purchased or got them. It includes keeping the packaging in one piece.
4. According to Article 16, letter e, of Ordinance 34/2014, you can't return personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used just once. It includes things like toothpaste, shampoo, and more.
5. The stickers and papers shipped with the items must be included in the return.
