Where do we ship?

Currently, we ship to all six states and two territories in Australia and the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and New Zealand. We will send your Tretinoin prescriptions to the address you give us as your shipping address in your Tretinoin-Australia profile. It includes post office boxes. Please ensure your address is correct; you can change it in your member profile.

How to Track and Deliver Your Package

After the courier picks up your package, you will get a confirmation email telling you it was delivered. Along with an estimated delivery date, these emails will include the courier company's website and the package's tracking number.

Changing Delivery Address

We can't change the delivery address once the item arrives. Please email us at contact@tretinoins.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to change the address where your order will be sent.

Processing and Shipping Times

• Prescriptions paid by noon ASWT: We will send the package out the same day via Australia Post from our safe warehouse in New South Wales, Monday through Saturday.
• Payments after noon ASWT Monday-Friday: Packages will be sent out the next day.
• Weekend orders: Your order will be shipped Monday if you pay after noon CST on Saturday through Monday.

It will take 48 hours to email you tracking information after your order is sent. Besides that, you might get a message from the carrier itself. You will not be charged when you use the Australian Postal Service to send packages.

Express shipping options can be bought and chosen during checkout or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it anytime before it is sent to the courier. In addition, please look at our Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

If your package gets damaged in transit, please refuse to accept it in front of the courier and contact us using the "Contact US" information. If the package was delivered without you being there, please get in touch with us by following these steps:

1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
2. Email us immediately at tretinoinaustralia365@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and photos

Delivery Timeframes

The Australian Postal Service will send you Cream Pills for free. Australian Post doesn't promise that shipping will happen in 5 to 7 business days, even though their website says it will. As a bonus, we offer faster shipping options through the Express Australia Postal Service. Delivery costs extra.

We're sorry, but bad weather delays are out of our control. Because there are more packages to send, our service might take longer to ship during the holidays.

Tretinoin Cream: Usually, shipping is free! Australia Post can ship to any state for free.

We know that sometimes you need your medicine more quickly. You can choose from a few different ways to get your package quickly. You can decide how to ship your order on the Checkout page. Suppose you change your mind about how to send the package after you've finished the Checkout screen.

Express Shipping: It takes 3 to 5 days and costs AUD 19.95 to send something through Express Australia Post.
